What will I experience?
Every session is unique and meets you where you are. You may feel releases, clarity, body sensations, grief, anger, laughter, and deep embodiment of your sovereign self.
What do I have to do?
Show up as you are. Be willing to go deep. Be open to breaking patterns, seeing yourself fully, and reclaiming your truth. Stay in curiosity.
Is it safe?
Yes, and it may not always feel comfortable. Sacred disruption is messy, raw, and real—but it is always held in a loving, safe, and compassionate space.
What does it include?
We meet 1:1 twice a month for 2 hours. This is either in person or via zoom if you are not local to me. With a ½ hour phone call the opposite weeks we are not meeting if and when needed to check in, assist if something pops in and it can not wait till the next session. There is also a Welcome package that will enhance your sacred journey within.
