Releasing What Was Never Safe to Feel — Until Now
Sacred Rage is not about becoming angry.
It is about releasing anger that has already been living in the body, often for years or decades.
This journey is for those who have lived through harm inflicted by others and feel ready to release the emotional charge that never had permission to move — rage, grief, resentment, fury, sorrow, and the quiet exhaustion of holding it all in.
Rage is not the problem.
Suppressed rage is.
When anger is forced underground, it doesn’t disappear — it turns inward and often shows up as anxiety, numbness, hypervigilance, chronic tension, self-blame, or disconnection from joy and ease.
The Sacred Rage Journey offers a structured, consent-based space where this energy can finally move — without being overwhelming, retraumatizing, or performative.
What This Journey Works With
The Sacred Rage Journey supports people who sense that unexpressed anger and emotional charge are still living in their body, even after time has passed.
This journey tends to resonate most with those who:
Have lived through harm or abuse inflicted by others and feel ready to release what their body has been holding
Notice anger living beneath grief, guilt, numbness, or chronic tension
Feel exhausted from containing emotions that were never safe to express
Are no longer in immediate crisis, but feel unresolved emotional charge shaping their nervous system, relationships, or sense of ease
Desire relief, clarity, and embodiment — not a life defined by trauma
This work focuses on emotional release and nervous system completion, allowing energy that has been frozen or suppressed to finally move — with pacing, choice, and consent.
You do not need to relive what happened.
You do not need to tell your entire story.
Your body already knows what it is ready to release.
What Happens in a Sacred Rage Journey
Each session is intuitive and responsive, shaped by your pace and readiness. Sessions may include:
Identifying Where Rage Lives
We gently locate where suppressed anger is being held — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Giving the Body Permission
Rage is expressed with consent, pacing, and choice — through voice, movement, breath, sound, or stillness, depending on what your body allows. Nothing is forced. Nothing is pushed.
Completion & Regulation
Once energy moves, the nervous system is supported back into regulation so the body does not remain activated.
Integration
The session closes with grounding and clarity, allowing relief to land rather than leaving you open or raw. Clients often report:
less emotional charge around past events
reduced reactivity
clearer boundaries
greater access to calm, pleasure, or joy

What others are saying about the Sacred Rage Journey
“Repressed anger and rage can show up as heat (inflammation) in the body, an over-reactive temper, and clenched jaw and neck muscles – things that have plagued me for decades. I had tried many modalities to process the backlog of those stuck emotions, but it wasn’t until my Sacred Rage Journey Session with Deborah where I was able to truly access them using somatic tools to move and scream them out that allowed me to truly release them. Her ability to hold compassionate and safe space for the release and help in moving the energy out was profoundly healing for my inner child that was always shamed for showing anger during my lifetime. And it showed me how much energy I was unconsciously using to repress the rage which was smothering my ability to have compassion for myself and those around me. She creates a beautiful healing space that allows light to shine into the depths of your inner dark corners so you can be lovingly brought back into wholeness.”
– Cara H.
“Having just gone through a breakup and a move, I was out of my body and had so many repressed emotions that I could not get to move. I was self medicating and spinning out of control. I had a Sacred Rage session with Deborah and it was just what I needed. She led me through a very structured process in a very safe space. It allowed me the opportunity to not only get my emotions out, but also took me to the core of what I was so angry about. Then she brought in the self love and integration process. It really helped to bring about a full healing. I never expected such a beautiful and freeing healing experience. I will definitely call on Deborah when I need help again.”
– J. Jones
The fine line of truth that gets repeated from all who have journeyed through their Sacred Rage:
I have changed so much in just a short time.
I quit my therapist – I was able to really see where all of these feelings were coming from – honor them and release them in a safe respectful way.
I have never allowed myself to feel anything…now I accept the feelings, feel them and enjoy each and every one as they flow through me.
Feeling free, feeling me, feeling alive
